This is so awesome! 😃

Fr. Goyo Hidalgo of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles posted an epic video of three sisters from the Fraternity Poor of Jesus Christ Los Angeles performing the “Prayer of St. Francis” using the “Cups” song.

The sisters use three cups to create a unique rhythmic sound to the Prayer of St. Francis. The video then concludes with their rehearsal, including bloopers. It’s amazing!

As of this writing, Fr. Goyo’s post received almost 145,000 views, nearly 4,000 likes, and approximately 800 retweets.

Here’s the original post below:

The sisters’ post reads,

“‘Lord, make me a channel of your peace…’ (Saint Francis of Assisi)

“During this time of uncertainty, how many people have you talked to who are in doubt, despair, darkness, and sadness?” the sisters wrote. “We are called to be an instrument of God’s goodness. But, how can we do that?

“The answer can come from…Saint Francis of Assisi, who used to teach his brothers about the Perfect Joy.

“Perfect Joy doesn’t come when everything is going well in our lives, so we have reasons to be happy. Perfect Joy is not based on a feeling, but on faith.

“It’s generated in the hearts of those who know that above all circumstances, there is a God-Father protecting us.

“We hope that in the midst of this present crisis, you also give room in your heart so Perfect Joy can grow. Let Our Faithful God use you as a channel of love, pardon, faith, peace, hope, light, and joy in the lives of those around you physically and spiritually!

“Don’t forget to always keep smiling!”
