Henrie, who is known for his role as Justin Russo in Disney Channel’s Wizards of Waverly Place, visited the cathedral as part of the new EWTN Studios series, “Seeking Beauty.” Season one of the series premieres on January 19, 2026, on EWTN+ and YouTube. Season two is currently being filmed in Spain.
Some of Henrie’s other featured site visits on the series include the Camino de Santiago, the Basque Country, Ermita de San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, and Casa de Pilatos, to name a few.
Here’s EWTN’s “Seeking Beauty” series description:
“A first-of-its-kind adventure documentary series bringing together audiences from all walks of life in a fun-loving exploration of the culture, architecture, food, art, and music that point us to the beautiful and lead us to the divine.
“Hosted by TV and film actor, director, and producer, David Henrie and a cast of local artisans, contemporary artists, and authentic experts who together unpack the many ways our senses allow us to experience the sacred.
“Because in the end, all of us are… Seeking Beauty.”
