Please pray for this parish!

Parishioners at Sacred Heart of Mary in Boulder, Colo. woke up on Wed., Sept 29 to find their church property desecrated.

Vandals desecrated the church, aborted unborn child memorial, signs, and statues throughout the church’s property.

One Catholic living in the area sent ChurchPOP several photos of the incident.

Photos depict red paint on a St. Mother Teresa statue, red spray painted graffiti on the church’s signs, black spray painted graffiti on the church itself, broken stained-glass windows, and a graffitied truck with slashed tires.

Some spray-painted graffiti (photos below) says, “abort Catholicism,” “my body my choice,” “your church is dying lol,” “our wombs are not yours,” “hands off my uterus,” “Jesus loves abortion,” as well as the anarchist sign.

ChurchPOP’s source (who requested anonymity) said the suspects also egged the church and trampled on the Field of Crosses dedicated to the souls of aborted unborn children.

This is the third Catholic Church in Boulder County, Colo. that fell victim to vandalism within the last year. Vandals attacked at least 95 churches across the United States since May 2020.

Parishioners ask that the faithful pray for the perpetrators, to St. Michael for protection, and to pray in reparation for sins.

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle! ⚔️🛡️⚔️
