President Trump tested positive for COVID-19 on Thurs., Oct. 1.

As Catholic Christians, it is important to pray for our world leaders.

The USCCB posted this prayer for our public servants and legal system. Archbishop John Carroll, the first bishop of the United States, also wrote a prayer for all government leaders.

While President Trump battles COVID-19, let us lift him up in prayer for his speedy healing and recovery and for his protection from all harm.

ChurchPOP English editor Jacqueline Burkepile wrote a prayer asking Jesus and invoking the Immaculate Heart of Mary, St. Joseph, St. Michael, and several healing saints for the president’s healing and protection.

A Prayer for President Donald J. Trump:

Dear Jesus, through the intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, we pray for the healing and protection of President Trump.

Please place your healing hand upon him. Protect him from all danger. Give him the grace to overcome all the obstacles putting him in harm’s way.

St. Michael the Archangel, defend President Trump in battle.
St. Joseph, hope of the sick and terror of demons, pray for President Trump.
St. Raphael, health and healer of the sick, pray for President Trump.
St. Charbel, miraculous healing saint, pray for President Trump.
St. Jude, patron of impossible cases, pray for President Trump.
St. Corona, patron of epidemics, pray for President Trump.
St. Roch, patron against plagues, pray for President Trump.
St. Rosalie, patron against plagues, pray for President Trump.
Our Lady of Lourdes, pray for President Trump.
All you holy men and women of God, pray for President Trump!
