With heartfelt love in every word, an elderly nun of the Poor Sisters of Saint Clare offered a tender prayer to the Virgin Mary that has deeply touched many hearts on social media.
The moving moment occurred at the Monastery of Santa Ana, in Toledo, Spain, where the nun, with a soft voice and kissing the statue of Mary, addressed a plea full of faith and total trust to the Mother of God.

Thank you for having come, thank you to the One who brought you, and forevermore accompany us all the days of our lives. Open the doors of eternity to us when our moment of life is over. Hey, dear Mother, will you come out for us? Don't leave us anymore, don't forsake us. May we love you, may we follow you, may we give much glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. Amen. Forgive me, dear Mother.”
